Nowadays, in society, where there is a culture of using an throwing. As a response to this, a new artistic movement called “Trash Art” was born. The name refers to any painting, sculpture or installation made from waste, without hiding its origin. Many people are able to reuse what others throw by turning these objects into authentic works of art that at the same time exert social denunciation.
One of the brands that joined this movement is Moschino, which presented a collection in Fall/Winter 2017/2018, dedicated to recycling. Paperboard boxes and packaging tapes as headdresses, paper bag-shaped dresses or stamped with magazine clippings…
